A public-health monitoring platform for Dhaka that combines radar satellite imagery with Google Earth Engine to catch stagnant water before it becomes a mosquito breeding ground. Includes ward-level risk maps, real-time emergency alerts, a hospital directory with live bed status, a citizen reporting portal, and a prevention guide.
